In today's post, I will explain which option is best for you and how many and what kind of photos you need. Is the difference in packages only in terms of price, and number of photos? Of course not! If I have a huge villa, can I choose the smallest package? Of course you can, just ask yourself, will 10 photos show its charm?

1. Size of your property
Think about how many rooms you have. a) Basic package - this is a package that is fantastic for apartments up to 100-120m2. I spend two hours on location. During this time, I scope out the area, refine the look of the property and move on to the start of the session. Most such meters have 3 rooms. In such a situation, we can take two photos of the kitchen, two photos of the bathroom, two photos of each room = 10 photos.
On top of that, we still have a maximum of 5 photos to use for the main photos (detail photos are free).
b) Medium package - this is great if you have an apartment larger than 120m2 or when you just want a larger number of photos (more on that later). This is the most common package that allows me to photograph the property and its surroundings and common areas. I spend 3-4 hours working on location. During this time I scope out the area, refine the look of the property and move on to the start of the session. c) Full day shot - this is an ideal option for larger apartments and villas. It allows to photograph your property in a variety of lighting conditions (from daylight, through sunset, to dusk). Includes drone shots if they are relevant to the property and within the airspace allowed for drone use.
2. How many photos you need
Think about how many photos you need - is one photo from each room enough? Or do you need different perspectives in each room? Do you want photos from the outside? Photos of the pool? Photos of the neighborhood because it's exceptionally beautiful?
a) Basic package - This package contains a maximum of 15 photos. If you need additional photos of the area, the pool, or a few perspectives from the room - you can be sure that it will be hard to fit within this range.
But don't worry if for some reason the package you choose is too small - I usually take additional photos that can be purchased.
b) Medium package - This package contains a maximum of 25 photos. It already gives us more opportunities to spend time taking pictures of the area, after all, not in the house alone a person lives, right?
This is also the package with which I feel calm, because I know that I will make time with everything - and remember, a calm and focused photographer, is a guarantee of beautiful photos!
But don't worry if for some reason this number of photos is too small - I usually take additional photos that can be purchased. c) Full day shot - God only give me these kinds of orders, por favor! Lots of peace, lots of opportunities. This package does not have a maximum number of photos, and there isn't an additional charge for each photo above the guaranteed number. In addition, drone photography is included, and I also have time to photograph your property in different daylight and dusk. Sounds promising, doesn't it? There is also very important rule for every package - after delivery of the guaranteed number of photographs, it is possible to receive a few free of charge if without them the whole composition does not comply with my personal standards!
3. How much time will I need to take photos of your property
I'm not going to lie - it's no secret that each of us has a different definition of an orderly space. What will be minimalism for you as a resident will still be clutter for me as a photographer. That's why sometimes I need more time to prepare your spaces so that it meets my personal standards that I want to see in the photos.
For you, is that one newspaper on the table? I have to spend a few extra minutes removing it in a graphics program. That's why it's important for you to realistically assess whether 2 hours for photos in your home is definitely enough for me?
I will find myself in bright spaces much quicker than in a room without windows, because it will take me more time just to set up the lighting.
4. My opinion
That should probably come first, right? It should, but I care most about your opinion and your comfort. Before each photo shoot, I need some pictures from you of what the property looks like. Then I give you tips on how to prepare it and evaluate which package will be best for you. Then you get to know my point of view, but it is up to you to make the final decision.

I hope this post has helped you in your decision making. If not, don't hesitate to text me!
